Lead Time & Delivery

Approx. 2-3 weeks from deposit to delivery, ensuring we procure and customize exactly what you want.

Packaging & Shipping:

Each cut is carefully vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen, arriving in optimal condition. Additional boxes (e.g., if adding many bones or offal) may incur extra shipping costs.

Fullblood or F1 Wagyu: Your Choice

Whether Fullblood or F1, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure the perfect balance of flavor, tenderness, and value.

Fullblood Wagyu

For connoisseurs seeking the pinnacle of marbling and that luxurious “umami” flavor. Typically yields ~250-300 lbs of finished product (including select hindquarter cuts, if arranged).

F1 Crossbred Wagyu

A more economical option, combining Wagyu genetics with Angus for exceptional quality at a friendlier price point.

Kosher Certification & Hashgacha

Our default offerings adhere to a high standard of kosher certification (e.g., Star-K). We do offer additional certifications, special hindquarter cuts, or other hashgachot, please contact us directly. We may be able to provide tailored solutions on a case-by-case basis.
