If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships, but if it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to stop it. Check our Shipping & Delivery policy for more information on shipment times and delivery schedules.
RETURN & REFUND RESTRICTIONS
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted. However, you may be eligible for a refund. Our products are perishable and cannot be returned except in specific circumstances. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, including any shipping costs associated with the return.
- Refunds will be in the same amount and on the same payment method used for the original order.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from HolyWagyuMeats.com and not from our retail partners.
We can’t issue refunds or replacements if:
- The incorrect address was provided by the customer.
- Delivery problems were caused by the shipping company.
- Delivery was delayed due to weather or other factors beyond our control.
- Products were improperly handled or stored after delivery.
- Delivery was refused or returned without authorization.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
At this time, we are unable to add or remove items from an existing order. If you need to make changes, you may need to cancel the original order and place a new one. Contact us and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
