Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are fully committed to ensuring that you receive your order in good condition.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Once our products have left our facility, they cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety.

  • Shipping Issues: If your order arrives damaged, thawed (and warm to the touch), or incorrect, please accept the delivery, take photos of the package and its contents, and contact us immediately at info@holywagyumeats.com.

  • Replacement or Store Credit: If the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the affected items or issue store credit, depending on inventory availability. Our goal is to make things right and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

  • Cold Products: If your order arrives thawed but still cold to the touch, the product is safe to refreeze, and no refund or replacement is necessary. We pack our products with sufficient insulation to maintain quality during transit, even if thawing occurs.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • Prompt Inspection: We encourage you to open your package immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or thawing that occurs after the delivery has been made.
