These terms apply when you use holywagyumeats.com or buy from Letovim Meats, doing business as Holy Wagyu ("Holy Wagyu"), 17811 Davenport Road, Suite 48, Dallas, TX 75252.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we ship it. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund or credit that item.

Weights

Our cuts are natural products, so each piece's weight falls within the range shown on the product page.

Kosher certification

Our beef is certified Glatt Kosher under the supervision of the STAR-K.

Text messages

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial. Any court action that is allowed will be brought only in the federal or state courts in Dallas, Texas.
