Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.
When we ship
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Thursday, so your beef never sits in a warehouse over a weekend.
- Orders placed by 10 PM Central, Sunday to Wednesday, ship the next day.
- Orders placed after 10 PM Central on Wednesday, or on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, ship the following Monday.
How we ship
Every order ships frozen with UPS in an insulated box packed with dry ice. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Shipping cost
Free on orders of $500 or more. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $75.
When it arrives
Please open your box when it arrives and put the beef straight in the freezer. Dry ice is very cold: handle it with gloves, don't touch it with bare hands, and let it evaporate in a well ventilated place. Beef that arrives thawed but still cold is safe to refreeze. If something arrives wrong, see our Refund policy.
