Returns & Replacements
Holy Wagyu stands behind the quality of the beef we ship. Because the products are perishable, returns are not accepted, but delivery issues should be reported promptly so the team can help.

Once perishable beef leaves the facility, it cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. Confirm your shipping address, phone number, delivery timing, and order details before checkout.
If a shipping or fulfillment issue is confirmed, Holy Wagyu may review replacement, store credit, or refund options depending on the situation and available inventory.
Open your package promptly after delivery. Holy Wagyu cannot control theft, improper storage, refused delivery, carrier delays, weather delays, or address errors after shipment.
